New and updated paint color options, gate camera upgrades, landscaping improvements around the pool and Phase 2, and a friendly reminder that HOA business should go to TRIAD, not Facebook. Plus local Ocoee events happening this month.

New board members have been elected. The assessment and budget for FY26 have been approved. The results of the declaration amendments, as voted on by the homeowners, have been posted.

The annual meeting is on November 18. Five positions are available for election. Voting will be online through Get Quorum. Titled homeowners should have received an email requesting consent. Submit your vote by November 18 4:00 pm EST.

The annual meeting has been pushed back to November to allow the Board to complete and present proposed bylaw changes for community review. Board member elections will also be conducted during the meeting.
