New board members have been elected. The assessment and budget for FY26 have been approved. The results of the declaration amendments, as voted on by the homeowners, have been posted.
The Point | November 2025
The annual meeting is on November 18. Five positions are available for election. Voting will be online through Get Quorum. Titled homeowners should have received an email requesting consent. Submit your vote by November 18 4:00 pm EST.
The Point | October 2025
The annual meeting has been pushed back to November to allow the Board to complete and present proposed bylaw changes for community review. Board member elections will also be conducted during the meeting.
The Point | September 2025
The annual meeting will be held on October 23 at 6PM. Board member elections will be conducted during the meeting. Additionally, the HOA has commissioned a certified arborist to assess the oak trees along residential streets. A copy of the report is included.
New Interim Community Association Manager
Jasmin is leaving her position as Community Association Manager on August 26th. Skye and Alex will co-manage the community while a new manager is identified.
